Automation
Process automation and RPA
We free teams from repetitive administrative and operational tasks through RPA, intelligent workflows and system integration. Every run is logged, so that the saving obtained is measurable and the process auditable.
Areas of application
Software robots that run processes on the same applications used by staff, applicable even where the source system offers no technical integration.
Direct connection between ERP, CRM, invoicing, online banking and spreadsheets, so that each data item is entered once and propagates automatically.
Automatic reading of invoices, delivery notes, contracts or forms, with validation of the extracted fields and professional review in the cases the organisation determines.
Approval, notification and escalation circuits that progress autonomously and concentrate human involvement at the points where it adds value.
Recurring reports produced, validated and distributed without manual intervention, on consistent criteria and available immediately.
Automatic matching of bank movements, invoices and accounting records, flagging the items that require professional review.
Optimising the process first
Automation delivers more when applied to a process that has been reviewed beforehand. Before development we analyse the procedure in its current configuration and simplify the rules that allow it, resulting in an automation that is simpler, cheaper to maintain and delivers a greater saving than replicating the process unchanged.
Review and simplification of the procedure
We identify the steps that can be simplified or consolidated, so that the automation is built on the most efficient procedure available.
Measurement of the starting position
We quantify the time and resources the current process consumes, allowing the saving achieved after implementation to be evidenced with data.
Agreed scope
We jointly define which cases the system handles autonomously and where professional involvement is retained.
Reliability and traceability
Our automations are delivered under monitoring and with a full activity log. Every run is documented, configured alerts report situations requiring attention, and the manual procedure remains available as an operational alternative. This approach allows automation to be applied to sensitive processes with full control.
Full log of every run
Details of the items processed, the date and the outcome obtained, available for internal or external audit at any time.
Monitoring and alerts
The system immediately reports any situation requiring review, allowing action to be taken before it affects the process.
Operational continuity
The manual procedure remains documented and available, so that operations do not depend on a single execution channel.
Working methodology
Process analysis
We document the procedure together with the people who carry it out, capturing the full range of cases that arise in day-to-day operations.
Optimisation and delimitation of scope
We propose the applicable simplifications and agree which cases the system will handle and which will retain professional involvement.
Development and parallel run
The automation runs for a period alongside the manual procedure and the results are compared before it enters service.
Go-live and maintenance
The automation is delivered under monitoring, with alerts configured and maintenance documentation, and we take on its adaptation as the systems evolve.

FAQs
Frequently asked questions about automation
Which processes are candidates for automation?
Those of a repetitive nature, with a high execution frequency and defined rules: transferring data between applications, reviewing and recording documents, reconciliations, producing recurring reports and approval circuits.
What saving can be expected?
The saving is quantified during the analysis phase, based on the time the current process consumes and the volume of runs. In high-volume processes the investment is usually recovered within a few months.
Is it necessary to modify current systems?
No. Where the system provides an API, integration is carried out through it; in all other cases we use RPA, which operates on the existing interface without altering the system or requiring its replacement.
Can legacy software or third-party portals be automated?
Yes. RPA allows processes to be automated over legacy applications and external portals that offer no technical integration, extending the scope of automation to virtually all operations.
Is subsequent maintenance included?
Yes. We take on the monitoring and adaptation of the automation as the systems it operates on evolve. Where maintenance is to be handled by the internal team, this is supported by the corresponding technical documentation.
How is the automation’s activity monitored?
Every run is logged with details of the items processed, the date and the outcome, available for review and audit. Configured alerts report situations requiring attention, and the tracking view shows the volume processed and the time saved.
